I’ve lived that life. I wasn’t the mom I dreamed of being. I was surviving more than living—exhausted, anxious, trying to hold it all together.
I raised three kids in a 1,000 sq. ft. house with a shoestring budget and a partner who didn’t carry his weight. I thought if I worked harder, did more, made it perfect… peace would follow.
It didn’t.
What changed everything was NOT a new routine or a “parenting tip.”
It was the moment I decided to stop abandoning myself and start coming home to who I really was.
Over time, I began to rebuild my identity—from the inside out. I learned how to breathe again, how to regulate my emotions, and how to lead my life instead of just reacting to it.
Today, I have a deeply rooted relationship with my kids… and I get to watch my grandbabies grow up with a version of me I’m so proud of.
And now—this is the work I pass on to you.
Because you don’t need to fix yourself. You need to come home to yourself again.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about being more of you.
