You've been stuck in cycles that don’t serve you—reactive, stretched thin, disconnected from who you are.
I’ve lived that life. I wasn’t showing up as the mom I dreamed of being. I was surviving more than living — exhausted, anxious, trying to hold it all together.
I raised three kids in a 1,000 sq. ft. house with a shoestring budget and a partner who didn’t carry his weight. I thought if I worked harder, did more, made it perfect… peace would follow.
It didn’t.
What changed everything was NOT a new routine or the latest “parenting tip.”
It was the moment I decided to stop abandoning myself and start coming home to who I really was. I didn’t have all the answers, but I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I had. What I did have was a willingness to begin — and it started simply by learning to breathe again.
From there, I learned how to regulate my emotions and lead my life instead of just reacting to it.
Today, I have a deeply rooted relationship with my kids… and I get to watch my grandbabies grow up with a version of me I’m so proud of.
And now — this is the work I pass on to you. You don’t need to fix yourself. You’re not broken. You’re being reminded of the part of you that’s been here all along, waiting to be lived into again.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about revealing more you.
You are so powerful. And you deserve to lead your life from a place of loving presence, not pressure.
💛
